Don't get me started on the chips - crunchy and salted to precision while hot, probably had the old double treatment in the fryer. Five hungover men recovering from a bucks party, all and independently, made comments about the skinny potat as Fuji Chicken attempted to fix the sins of their recent past. Lovely place. Took the time to understand my poor italian and dietary requirements. Really good fried chicken in a fresh burger. Felt like being home in Australia. Would go again.
A completely unexpected find, and possibly the best fried chicken in Italia. 5 stars!

In vacanza a Perugia per 4 giorni ed ordinato d'asporto in questo locale 3 volte.
Non ero un fan del pollo fritto prima di incontrare il proprietario del Fuji che con la sua marinatura unica ha saputo convertirmi, tanto da provare tutto il menù.
Il pollo è stata tutte le volte tenera, succosa e saporita.
Sentirò sicuramente la mancanza di non avere questo locale vicino casa.

On vacation in Perugia for 4 days and ordered takeout from this place 3 times. I was not a fan of fried chicken before meeting the owner of Fuji who with his unique marinade was able to convert me, so much so that I tried the whole menu. Ho letto alcune recensioni ed ero all’inizio titubante se provarlo o no, poi, però mi sono lasciato trascinare dalla curiosità e l’ho provato: il migliore pollo fritto della mia vita! Sicuramente sul pane e le patate fritte si può migliorare. (Tra l’altro tutte le recensioni provengono da guide, quasi a sabotare il ristorante 👀)

pollo delizioso. Super croccante fuori e succosissino dentro, veramente fatto alla perfezione e servito con grande gentilezza. Certamente il miglior pollo fritto che io abbia mai assaggiato, provare per credere.
